Founded in 2006, Starhigh Asia Pacific has evolved from a 6-person founding team led by Mr. Si Thu Phyo into Asia Pacific’s trusted marine engineering partner. We design, deliver, and defend coastlines from Singapore to Malaysia and beyond.

New excavation works for ports, harbours, channels, and reclamation projects. We deliver large-scale capital dredging programmes from mobilisation through final handover, working to international quality and environmental standards.
Ongoing dredging to preserve navigable depths in ports, waterways, and approach channels. Regular maintenance cycles with efficient vessel deployment minimise disruption to port operations.
Increasing draft to accommodate larger vessels and modern shipping fleets. Our combined TSHD and grab-dredger capability suits both soft and mixed-material channels.
Precision excavation around berths and approach areas, including sensitive works close to existing infrastructure where our grab-dredger delivers accuracy with minimal disturbance.
Jurong Island Westward Extension
Landmark reclamation extending Singapore's premier petrochemical hub. 568 bulk carriers of fill, 70+ vessels, 200 units of shore equipment, 900 workers at peak.
Tuas Terminal Phase 1
Starhigh supplied all Long-Distance Sand for Singapore's next-generation mega-port. Sand sourced from three countries; 222 caissons formed the permanent wharf.
Ayer Merbau Reclamation Phase 2
Multi-disciplinary reclamation for JTC adjacent to JIWE — hydraulic study, bund construction, shore protection, soil improvement, and sand supply.
TOLL Singapore Loyang Jetty
Capital dredging for berth pocket and approach channel, enabling safe vessel manoeuvring at a major logistics facility.
North Port Klang Dredging
Major maintenance dredging securing navigable depths at one of Malaysia's busiest commercial ports.
Tok Bali Oil & Gas Supply Base
Comprehensive dredging programme supporting the development of an offshore oil & gas supply base.
Yangon River Maintenance
Capital and maintenance dredging for Myanma Port Authority. Widens and deepens channels to keep Yangon Port and Thilawa open to international shipping.
Mayu Island Lighthouse
Engineered coastal defence for a 7,284 m² island in the Bay of Bengal. Geotextile tubes and rock armour designed to withstand seasonal monsoon surges.

為港口、海港、航道與填海工程執行全新挖掘作業。自動員進場至工程交付,全程依循國際品質與環境標準執行大型基礎疏濬計畫。
持續對港口、水道與進港航道執行維護疏濬,維持可航水深。規律的維護週期搭配高效率船隊調度,將港口營運干擾降至最低。
加深吃水以容納更大型、現代化的船舶。結合耙吸式挖泥船與抓斗式挖泥船的雙重能力,適合處理軟質與混合材質的航道。
於泊位與進港水域執行精準挖掘,包含靠近既有基礎設施的敏感作業——我們的抓斗式挖泥船能以最小擾動達成高精度。
裕廊島西向擴建工程
擴建新加坡首要石化樞紐的指標性填海工程。進口 568 艘散貨船填料、70 艘船舶、200 部岸上重型設備,尖峰期投入 900 名作業人員。
大士碼頭第一期
新加坡下一代大型港口基礎工程。Starhigh 提供全部長距離海砂,自三個國家調度;永久碼頭結構由 222 座沉箱構成。
Ayer Merbau 填海第二期
為裕廊集團 (JTC) 執行緊鄰 JIWE 的多領域填海工程——水力分析、圍堤建造、海岸防護、土壤改良及海砂供應。
TOLL 新加坡洛陽碼頭
在泊位池與進港航道執行基礎疏濬,確保主要物流場站的船舶安全調度。
巴生北港疏濬工程
於馬來西亞最繁忙的商用港口之一,執行重大維護疏濬以維持可航水深。
Tok Bali 油氣補給基地
為離岸油氣補給基地開發執行完整疏濬計畫。
仰光河道維護工程
為緬甸港務局執行基礎與維護疏濬。拓寬並加深河道,使仰光港與迪拉瓦 (Thilawa) 區持續暢通,迎接國際船舶。
馬尤島燈塔海岸防護
為孟加拉灣 7,284 平方公尺小島執行工程化海岸防護。土工管袋搭配拋石護面,足以抵禦季節性季風浪擊。
